Terms & Conditions for Registered Retailers & Wholesalers

s1. Eligibility and Drug Licence

1. To buy medicines through this App you must hold a valid Retail or Wholesale Drug Licence (Form 20, 20-B, 21 or 21-B, as applicable) issued by the competent State or Central Drug Control authority, and a valid GSTIN. Retailers and wholesalers are both eligible to buy medicines on the App.
2. You warrant that every document you upload (Drug Licence, GSTIN, identity/address proof, bank proof) is authentic, current and accurate, and that you are the authorised holder of the licence you submit.
3. You must notify us immediately if your licence or GSTIN is suspended, cancelled, or expires, and you must stop using the App until it is renewed.
4. We may verify your documents before enabling purchases, and may suspend or close an account where documents are invalid, expired, unverifiable or belong to another party.

s2. Your Account

1. One account is permitted per licensed business. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
2. You may request deletion of your account and your personal data at any time, from within the App or by contacting us using the details in Section 13. We will verify your identity and then delete or anonymise your data, except records we must retain for statutory or regulatory purposes (such as drug purchase traceability), which we keep only for the period required by law.

s3. Orders

1. An order becomes binding only when the supplier confirms it in the App.
2. Prices, GST and any applicable delivery or platform charges are shown to you before you confirm the order. We do not add charges after you confirm an order without your consent.
3. Stock availability and the supplier's own licence validity are the supplier's responsibility. We verify our suppliers, but we do not guarantee that every listed item will always be in stock.

s4. Payment

1. You can pay using the payment methods enabled in the App. Payments are processed by our payment service provider; we do not store your full card or UPI credentials.
2. Amounts are released to the supplier only after you confirm successful delivery in the App.
3. No advance payment is required before delivery confirmation.
4. If an order is cancelled, not delivered, or you are refunded under Section 6, the amount is returned to your original payment method, normally within 7 working days of approval.

s5. Delivery

1. Delivery timelines shown in the App are estimates. Unforeseen logistics or regulatory delays do not by themselves entitle you to cancel with any penalty.
2. Please inspect the consignment at the time of delivery and note any visible damage before accepting it.

s6. Returns, Replacement and Refunds

1. Report damaged, expired, incorrect or wrong-consignment items in the App, with photographs, within 7 days of delivery.
2. Where a complaint is verified, we arrange either a replacement or a full refund of the amount you paid for the affected item, at your option.
3. Items reported after the 7-day window, or items already consumed or used and whose complaint cannot be substantiated, may not be eligible for return. Where we reject a claim, we will always give you a written reason.
4. Refunds are not made in cash and are not conditional on you waiving any consumer right under applicable law.

s7. Your Compliance Obligations

1. You are responsible for complying with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1960 and applicable rules, including the rules on sale of prescription medicines, record keeping, and displaying a valid licence at your premises.
2. You must not sell or distribute medicines in any manner inconsistent with the category of your licence.
3. Purchase records maintained by the App support your statutory traceability obligations. We may disclose relevant records to Drug Inspectors, regulators or law enforcement where required by law.

s8. Prohibited Use

1. You must not purchase illegal, counterfeit, unapproved or expired medicines; must not use another retailer's or wholesaler's licence; must not resell beyond what your licence permits; and must not interfere with the App, its security, or other users.

s9. Suspension and Closure

1. We may suspend or close an account for licence or GSTIN expiry, invalid documents, prohibited use, repeated complaints confirmed against you, or where required by law or a competent authority. Where appropriate and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
2. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.

s10. Liability

1. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" for the purpose of connecting buyers with suppliers. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.
3. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights as a consumer under applicable Indian law.

s11. Changes to These Terms

1. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in the App and ask you to accept them before you continue to use the App.

s12. Governing Law and Disputes

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
2. We will first try to resolve any complaint through our support process. Subject to your statutory rights, proceedings may be brought before the competent courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh. You also remain free to approach any consumer forum or authority entitled to act under applicable law.
