We collect only the information we need to verify your licence, operate your account and fulfil your orders.

Business and regulatory data (required to verify your licence)

• Drug Licence details (Form 20, 21, 20-B, 21-B and similar) and the licence images you upload
• GSTIN
• Business name, owner name, business type, and registered address
• Identity and address documents, and bank account details used for settlement

Account and usage data

• Name, mobile number, calling number, and email address
• App version, device model, operating system, and IP address
• Order history, transaction records, and support messages
• Push notification tokens for the device

s2. Why We Use Your Data

• To verify your Drug Licence and GSTIN and to enable your account
• To process orders, payments, deliveries, returns and refunds
• To maintain purchase records for statutory traceability under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1960
• To send you service and order updates you have opted into
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep the App secure
• To provide customer support
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations

s3. Sensitive Information

Drug Licence documents, GSTIN and bank account details are treated as sensitive information. They are collected only for regulatory verification, legal compliance and order settlement. They are stored with access controls, are never sold, and are not made publicly searchable or indexed.

s4. Sharing and Transfer

We share your information only as needed:

• With the supplier fulfilling your order, to complete the transaction
• With our payment, logistics and cloud hosting service providers, bound to use your data only for providing the service to you
• With Drug Inspectors, regulators, or law enforcement, where required by law

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not share your licence or identity documents publicly.

s5. Data Security

• We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls and encryption in transit.
• No payment card or UPI credentials are stored by us. Payments are handled by our payment service provider.
• No method of transmission over the Internet or of electronic storage is completely secure. We continuously review and improve our safeguards, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

s6. Data Retention

We keep your account and order records for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for the period required by applicable law, including drug purchase traceability records. Where data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.

s7. Your Rights and Account Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, from within the App, or by contacting us using the details in Section 9. The full step-by-step process is on our dedicated page:

• We will verify your identity before acting on your request.
• On account deletion we delete or anonymise your personal data, except records we must retain for statutory or regulatory purposes, which we keep only for the period required by law.

s8. Children

The App is intended for licensed retail and wholesale businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
