How to request deletion

1. Open the Vyron Aristro app and sign in to the account you want to close.
2. Go to Settings, then choose "Delete Account" and confirm the request.
3. We verify your identity, then delete or anonymise your personal data.
4. Records we must keep by law, such as drug purchase traceability, are retained only for the period the law requires.

Already have an active order?

Please wait until your order is delivered or cancelled before requesting deletion, so that your order and delivery records stay complete.

Prefer email?

You may also email us from the address registered with your account and we will action the request there.

What we keep, and why

We delete or anonymise your personal data on request. We keep only the records the law requires us to retain, for example drug purchase traceability for regulatory purposes, and only for as long as that law allows.
